My activities started with this camera equipment

a Nikon FM2 with 50mm f/1.2. Since 2007 i have worked with Fuji Velvia 50 and 100/F at 100% to realize my images, from 2008 with new generation cameras made by Nikon i have changed to digital at 80% of my production, the 20% is Velvia 50 film. I work also with Hasselblad digital and film, Sinar large format equipment to realize big posters and commercial images. My studio can work from 35mm/6x9cm slide with professional film scanners (up to 500Mb for image) to TIFF/RAW files with better post-production software.

:: My works

I'm a professional photographer since 2000 and a filmaker since 1997 before many years of studies in Photography, Television trasmission and movie making. In 9 years i have made over 90.000 images of landscape, culture, nature, wildlife, outdoor sport in Europe.I have travelled over Europe from Italy to Portugal, France, Slovakia, Russia, Norway, Finland, to build my archive and work for many editors in Italy and outside.

Tatra Mountains
The collection of images are shooted on Velvia Films, digital 35mm, medium and large format with professional camera equipment.
I'm specialized in mountain and adventure photography, i'm a rock and ice climber it's normal for me to make shots/video over 4000m on rock or ice ways in the alps, underground, aereal with light planes or helicam. My reportages show the mountains over 360 degrees from sports, wildlife to culture and foods.
In the last five years i wrote for magazines and guides in italian, french and english. I made many slideshows and exhibitions in Italy and Swiss and i have started the PhotoFarm school of photography with Christian Patrick Ricci, Fabio Liverani since 2006.

I have worked for Ev-K2-CNR comitee and UN UNEP Envinronment programme and other government with my videos and photographs.

Member of TAU VISUAL Italian professional photographer association.

Image working is for me a lifestyle, it's an adventure, it's a amazing way to discovery me and the world around me. Colors, shadows, moments that i freeze in my photos, reflect my dreams, my things and other.
